Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once your order is completed and payment is confirmed, we will:

• Contact our suppliers to verify the item you purchased is in stock, in good condition, and ready to ship.
• Request and receive pictures of the product after it is removed from the vehicle and returned to the supplier's facility.
• Forward the images to you for review and approval. Approval must be completed within 7 business days of the order date.
• You have 2 business days to review and approve the photos if necessary.

Shipping & Delivery

• After photo approval, we will strive to deliver your item to the specified location within 5 business days.
• Within 2 days of shipment, we will email you the freight company details and tracking information.

Shipping Guidelines

• Small items: Shipped to the billing address associated with your debit or credit card.
• Larger items (e.g., transmissions, engines): Shipped to commercial or business addresses. We require the following details:
  • Full business name
  • Business address
  • Contact person's name
  • Direct phone number and email address
• If a forklift is required at the delivery location, securing, paying for, and providing an operator is your responsibility.

Item Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any damage:

• Document the damage when signing the bill of lading.
• Ensure a copy of the signed documentation is retained for your records.
