30-Day Warranty Policy

Overview

This warranty covers damaged parts or items sent in error. We provide a parts-only warranty, meaning labor costs are not covered for any item sold by FirstChoice Used Auto Parts.

If the Part is Damaged

• We will attempt to replace the part if possible.
• If no replacement is available, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
• If you place a new order before returning the initial part, payment for the new item will be required. The original purchase will be refunded after the return is completed.
• Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Return Guidelines

• Provide a detailed explanation of the issue when contacting FirstChoice Used Auto Parts for a return.
• If the returned component does not meet the requirements of this warranty:
  • A 25% restocking fee may be applied.
  • Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
• Items delivered to the address provided at the time of sale (as confirmed by tracking information) but not retrieved by the purchaser are not the responsibility of FirstChoice Used Auto Parts.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased for testing purposes or ordered incorrectly by the customer.
• Products returned after the 30-day warranty period has expired.
• Parts not verified as correct by an experienced mechanic prior to ordering.

Warranty Period

All parts must be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date for the shipment to be considered eligible under this warranty. Products returned after this period will not be replaced and will be sent back to the sender.
