All issues must be reported in writing via mail, email, or fax. This allows us to determine if there is an issue with the part or equipment.

If the Part is Broken or Defective

Return Process

Parts should be delivered to the return address provided in the RMA instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the returned item:

We will provide a full refund in its original form or a replacement part once the returned item passes inspection.

Refund Policy
